“Word, Word, Love” Documentary film

I’m delighted to share that my documentary film “Word, Word, Love” has officially received its screening permit, marking a significant milestone after a heartfelt journey of filming and meticulous editing.

“Word, Word, Love” explores the profound and complex nature of love through spontaneous street conversations. The film artfully weaves together 40 unrelated voices, each narrating their personal definitions and experiences of love, creating a rich tapestry of human emotion. With its unconventional, non-linear storytelling, the documentary invites viewers to reflect deeply on love’s diverse interpretations.

The film premiered on December 20, 2014, at the Parvin Cinematic Institute, bringing local stories from the streets of Rasht to the big screen. I had the pleasure of collaborating with Yashar Fekri, who lent his voice to the project, and Dariush Pasekhi, who contributed as a writer.

Creating “Word, Word, Love” has been a deeply personal and rewarding experience, and I am excited to finally share it with audiences eager to explore the endless meanings of love.
